I had a very bad experience with Mercury. They promise accurate pick up dates with times and never show up. Infact once they get your deposit they abscond. In my case they took my deposit and never corresponded with me. Infact they promised Friday pick up and then sent me the driver info on the next monday. Further, they have no liability once your car is picked up. I am still waiting for my car to be dropped off - They promised 3-5 days and it has been more than 6 days and I have no news from the driver. After calling for several days the driver promised that he will drop off my car at 3:00 PM Sunday. If I call the dispatcher, he mentioned that the car will arrive Monday. I called the driver again and he said 6:00 PM Sunday. As of this review i.e. 7:00 PM Sunday - I have no clue where my car is. I repent contacting Merucry and doing business with them. Please, contact other tranport companies which are honest and have support over weekend. Also I want to point out that in response to my earlier review, a customer service person was in contact. He mentioned he will call me in a few hours after I lodged a complaint and it has been 5 days and I have not heard anything from them yet. A big mistake on my end. I hope other potential customers are more wary. Contact me and I can send you all details of my experience.
