I'd give the whole thing 5 stars except the pick up was a day late which meant I had to find an alternate drop off point and person, literally on my way to the airport to leave town. I expected 7 days for the delivery and it was 12. I understand scheduling and weather are an issue, just saying what my expectations were and what actually happened.
