From the initial phone call to Charlie Steele at Mercury, through the entire delivery process, I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. they picked up and delivered at the time promised. The driver Jim Shaw stayed in touch and communicated his ETA to my daughter on the receiving end. Will certainly use this company again
