This was our first time shipping a car. Charlie Steeves kept us informed and made this very easy. Our driver was very professional arrived on time and delivered car on time. We had the holidays and winter weather to deal with and everything still went very smooth. I highly recommend Mercury Auto and I would ask for Charlie Steeves!
