Great service, beyond my expectations

I was having a very difficult time deciding who to pick to transport my vehicle from Connecticut to California because of the terrible reviews and horror stories I saw on line, including Mercury Transport. I finally decided to go with them because my experience with Kathy was so good. She was knowledgeable and professional, much more then anyone else I spoke to. She also seemed very honest. She asked for a $125 deposit, but based on the reviews I saw I was afraid to give money up front, so I told her that I would not pay the deposit, but pay it on receipt of my vehicle. She agreed, and they shipped my vehicle. The price I paid was for it to be on an open vehicle, however, she was able to transport it by train, inside, for the same or better price than other carriers. It was supposed to be delivered on January 3rd and I received my vehicle on December 30th, 4 days early!!! The people delivered it directly to my home and were very curtious and professional. I can't recommend them, and Kathy enough.
