To those of you that know nothing at all about shipping a car this is the company you want and Jennifer Morin is your girl!
We moved from Virginia across the country to Colorado this summer (2017) and didn't want to drive both cars even more so didn't want to put the miles on the new BRZ. Knowing very little about how to ship a car we Googled it and requested a quote. We then were email blasted with dozens and dozens of people and companies wanting to ship or car, most of them sounding 100% like scams. After picking out the one that sounded the most legitimate (not Mercury or Jennifer) they said they would find me a driver and let me know very soon as to what the time line would be. This was 2 months before we were to move so we figured, great plenty of time! Well a couple weeks went by and hadn't heard from them so I emailed and was told "looking for drivers will let you know ". Ok... Then another couple of weeks went by and hadn't heard anything and starting to worry we emailed again and this time was told "still working on it won't know anything till closer to the move date. Ok... 5 days before we needed to move and still nothing so I emailed and called and left a message. The response email said "working on it". So that was when I decided to find someone else. (Yes, I realize maybe I should have done that a lot sooner. Haha)
So, a couple weeks before deciding to change companies I was sent an email from Jennifer Morin with Mercury Auto Transport. The email was very legitimate sounding, they had an online presence, but most importantly when I called she immediately picked up. She was very sweet, patient, and most importantly explained how everything works and how everything should go. I told her this story and she said she would try and help and look into what was going on and call me back in a couple hours whether or not she found anything. 30mins later she called and told me someone/companies had put me up on the "requesting auto transport" listing multiple times (which says to drivers I'm desperate and will pay to dollar). So, after that she worked night and day (literally I texted a couple times an hour or two after normal business hours and she texted right back) to get my car moved at a reasonable price and asap. Everything explained every step of the way!
