Hi Julia, Thank you for your feedback. Upon reading your review we looked into your order information and located the source of that $49.82 charge, it seems your order was mistakenly place into the wrong category for dry run charges from one of our carriers. After discovering this I had spoken with Robert Ravenscraft who was working on this with you and issued you both another refund of the $49.82. We apologize for this mistake on our part and have since changed the way we organize our payments to prevent this in the future. If you have any other questions or concerns please call me Directly.
