I bought a vehicle on Ebay and needed it shipped cross country- had never done this before. Jim Godze at Mercury was upfront about the process and the estimated fees. I had some apprehension as I had never done this before but the process could not have gone smoother - from finding the carrier, loading in North Carolina, to delivery in CA. Would use their service again.
