My experience with Mercury and Jim Gozde was fantastic, excellent.
Good advice and communication.
Nevertheless, the experience with the Truck Co. and the driver was a little difficult.
I feel he took advantage of me and asked me for an additional $100.00, at the end we agreed for $50.00, to take some items I have in the trunk of my car. It was less than 100 pounds.
The day of the pick up he did not call me, I called him and I was told that he was like a mile from my place. I had to quit everything I was doing to go and take care of him.
Very unprofessional, lack of consideration and sense of effective communication!
