Cici at Mercury went above and beyond to get our car transported across the country. We had a couple of setbacks (none of them Cici's fault) but she worked tirelessly to get the car transported quickly as possible. She responded quickly to our questions and kept us updated on the status of our transport. Great customer service from Cici! We would definitely use Cici as our broker for our next car transport.
