Jim Gozde was recommended by a close friend as the go-to man when you need to transport a vehicle.
Jim was very informative, patient and thorough from start to finish. He explained up front the process, the fees, and pick up/delivery dates before our vehicle left our driveway.
When we had an issue and lack of communication from the trucking company assigned to the transportation, Jim took ownership of the situation and resolved the problem within an hour.
Outstanding customer service, would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to transport a vehicle
