I dealt with a lot of transportation brokers and Juan from Mercury was one of the few agents that actually followed up on my order after booking it. He won't ask for a deposit until a transporter is actually assigned. After few times working with him, I started just sending him my requests for quotes and they all were reasonable. I love when your treated like a family and if I make to FL, I will definitely visit him :) Thanks brother for your prompt response, you're the best.
