After choosing Mercury Auto transport from the group of companies that responded to my online inquiry I was walked thru the process by Pete Reynolds. Everything was outlined and happened as promised. He was able to satisfy my requirement to use a credit card for the entire process. The carrier that he put me in contact with, Ochis LLC and their driver Brad, could not have been more professional or better to work with.
I have since recommended Pete to a friend whose car was not drivable from out of state and they were happy with Mercury's service as well.
