A Horrible Auto Transport Company! Don't use them.

I placed an order with Mercury Auto Transport to ship my car from Irvine, CA to Meridian, ID through this agent name Joe Kelly more than two weeks in advance. This is a completely bullshit company. In fact, it is a very unprofessional company. At beginning, he sent me an email and text that he will contact me 3-6 days prior to pickup date and let me know the detail schedule. The first pickup date was 1/22 and target delivery day is between 1/25 and 1/28. Every day, he sent me an automation text and email that said he was waiting to hear back from carrier. I didn't get any call or confirmation 3-6 days prior to 1st pick up date as promised. I tried to call one day before the pickup date and he didn't pick up my phone. I left two voicemails, reply the same text and reply the same email. NO REPLY, NO CALL AND NO RESPONSE. On day of pickup date 1/22, I received the same automation text and email that telling me that he still waiting for the carrier. I called in the very early in the morning and he picked up the phone. On the phone, he told me that he has six carriers and waiting for their quotes. He told me that he promised and assured me that he will get me a carrier later in the day or early in the morning on the following day. I didn't trust this guy and I told him that I will call him back in the afternoon to follow up again. This guy is very bullshit and tried to talk me out of calling him. He yelled at me and said that I don't understand that I didn't need to rush to have the pickup date 1/22 because it would be delivered on the 1/24 and not the 1/25-1/28 window. The best will be the next day 1/23 and delivery would happen on 1/25. He said that he will call me anytime day or night once he confirmed with the carrier on the quote. I didn't believe this guy and called him back around 5PM mountain time and told me that he still didn't get the confirmation and still waited for the carrier but it would happen tomorrow. I gave him one more shot and waited for the following day. On the 1/23, I didn't hear or get his call the whole day. I got the same automation text and email that he waited for the carrier again the morning. I called around 5PM. He told me that he has a truck that can pick up the same day but the delivery will be 1/29. He knows that my windows is 1/25 to 1/28. He got the truck but didn't even bother to contact me the whole day. He just waited for me to call him and follow up even he already delayed one day. F**K BS. Their price is more expensive than other companies and got so much higher rating. I think all their rating is bullshit. Don't trust them. Very unprofessional. I cancelled my order and now I have to find someone else.
