I am now just done with my third auto transport episode in the past year, all three with Mercury Auto Transport, guided by Jim Godze--two cross-country, and one the length of the West Coast. I cannot say enough good things about these experiences. In a business that has more than its share of less than straightforward people, carriers who don't communicate or deliver on time or in good shape, Mercury has succeeded as broker all three times, and has been there to troubleshoot as needed (e.g., one carrier that was terrible at communicating with us). Jim is efficient, straightforward, and responsive. The prices have been reasonable. And the timing has worked out, one with relatively little advance notice. I strongly recommend Mercury and Jim for your auto shipping needs.
