I had contacted Eric La Gra a couple months before my planned move on April 30th 2020, he respected my time and money and assured me that I should wait before making my reservation. He then followed up with me in the middle of March to check if I was still Ineterested. At that point things were starting to chage becuase of Covid, and we decided we needed to move ASAP. I gave eric a 48 hour window to make arrangements, His customer service was both friendly and professional helping me deal with the stress of moving 2 electric cars from IL to a rural part of TN. He found a Driver(Alex Ciobanu) with High integrity and a great price. Through out the process Eric made sure that any problems (like we an issue where the driver was trying to send the Bill of lading via e-mail and it was not getting to me) were resolved in a Timely manner. We had also run into an issue with Zelle creating a double payment, and Eric and the driver worked with us to make sure we got our money back. I would definitely use both Eric and Alex again
