Hi Timothy, I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Mercury didn't go as you expected. I appreciate you for bringing this issue to our attention. Your input, and the feedback of all of our customers is important to us. The situation you have described with your assigned carrier is not something we approve of here at Mercury. This is something I am glad you shared so I can address it immediately and we will be reporting your complaint against this carrier to the national board.
