Eric La Gra at Mercury was our agent. We are active military and chose Eric on purpose since he is former military and knows all about PCS moves. He is very polite, honest, and trust worthy. We got in touch with him on a Wednesday afternoon telling him we needed our car transported the following week from Virginia to Texas. He answered all of our questions. On Thursday we received a message telling us the car transport was listed and Friday morning he already called us that the car will get picked up Monday. He sent us the contact info of the carrier (O Zel Auto Transport LLC) right away. Victor, also former military, was our driver. He as well had been very polite and did a great job transporting our car which arrived Thursday. Mercury Transport got in touch with us every day during transportation to make sure everything goes the way it's suppose to. We would work with Eric again and will recommend him to anyone in need of a vehicle transport in the future.
