Incredible service, amazing communication, and wonderful people. I worked with Deb to ship my Silverado from Tennessee to Washington. Originally I thought the pickup would be Maryland, but due to COVID things changed at the last minute. Deb was there with me every step of the way! She communicated with me exactly the right amount to make sure I knew she was there any time I had a concern. Trucker was super friendly and professional, and truck arrived exactly in time! I’ll definitely be using Mercury Auto Transport in the future if I need to move a vehicle.
