First of all selecting a transportation service to ship/transport your vehicle is stressful in it’s self. However with that being said, Mercury Auto Transportation was the most truthful and upfront company I found! They will even send you top 10 tips and information on the industry what to look out for and the red flags. I found all of it to be 100% accurate I was contacted by over 40 companies. Mr. Jim Gozde specifically was very personable and very detailed and explaining to me how this process works. Mr. Gozde gave me numerous updates on my vehicle being picked up by a truck, he also gave me detailed information on who was picking up my vehicle and all of the drivers contact information. If there was any delay in the driver contacted contacting me Mr.Gozde Contacted the driver immediately and we establish communication. My vehicle was delivered today safely intact and for the exact cost that was quoted to me from the beginning! I Highly recommend Mr. Jim Gozde and Mercury Auto Transport!
