Jay Romero was in charge of this, and he and his assistants were extremely attentive and helpful throughout this process. He priced the move reasonably and kept to his estimate. They picked up and dropped off the car as scheduled, after giving me enough prior notice, and checked in several times to make sure everything was on track. In other words, they did what they said they would with courtesy and a smile. I couldn't ask for anything more, and this experience was a far cry from other auto movers I checked who were more aggressive and higher-priced. This experience was the one highlight in my stressful cross-country move! Thank you so much Jay and Mercury Auto Transport!!!
