After reading some reviews prior to selecting Mercury I was more than apprehensive regarding having my car transported from Ohio to California. I considered flying back to drive it myself when I read the terrifyingly bad reviews of most companies, including Mercury. I decided to just trust it would work out. And it did. Trevor was easy to work with and had located a driver/truck within an hour of our initial conversation that could work in my time frame at a reasonable cost. The driver notified me promptly and told me approximate time to pick up the car. Then as the day approached he contacted me again with a smaller window of time. Then notified me 30 minutes ahead of pickup as I requested. He was there on time and took the car without incident. He arrived at the drop off destination on the day specified earlier, Collected previously agreed upon fee and delivered the car without incident. Again, he made it the day he said, notified me two days before, then the day before with a smallerwindow of arrival time, and then 45 minutes ahead of actual time as I had requested. Trevor and Mercury checked on the progress with me during the transport. Nothing but a good experience using Trevor and mercury and Roman with his truck. Can't believe I spent so much time fretting over this due to some scary reviews. Everything was done as agreed upon. Would definitely use Trevor and Mercury again.
