I posted a request to ship my son's accessible truck back to the conversion company in Indiana. Within seconds, I got a dozen text messages and a bunch of emails from interested brokers. Mercury's response stood out, as it provided education on how the process works, what to look for, etc. It was not just some blanket response "Hey, let me ship your truck". Instead, it talked about the payment process, how the bid process worked, what to expect from a logistics standpoint, etc. Eric is a good guy and also got involved personally, knowing the sensitivity of the situation we were facing. I'd recommend these guys highly if you ever need to get a vehicle from point A to point B...
