This was my second time shipping an inoperable project car and I can't say how impressed I was with how easy it was to work with Jim Gozde at Mercury Auto Transport. After first connecting with Jim by phone to review the process, pricing and quote, I received daily email & text updates to keep me abreast of transporter status. The company is professional, prepared and transparent. They provide a written bid to help solicit a fair price and then stay in communication during the process. Although working during the Polar Vortex and unprecedented snows in Texas, Jim was able to secure a transporter once the weather subsided and travel was safe. Fox carriers did a great job of delivering the car and helping to offload and even help role into my garage. Best of all, no payments until the car arrived.I would highly recommend Jim and Mercury Auto Transport and definitely would do business with them again. As a matter of fact if I buy another car, I will just contact Jim at Mercury again.
