This was my first experience shipping an auto and when I initially asked for estimates I was bombarded by emails with a wide range of shipping prices and fantastic promises. Paul, at Mercury Auto Transport, stood out from the rest. I had asked for estimates several weeks in advance of my shipping date so didn't answer any of the people who contacted me but when I finally did, he expertly explained how the process worked, didn't pressure me, was patient and experienced in our email exchanges. My final test was to speak with him on the phone. Not even then did he pressure me. He explained how the pricing works, why it fluctuates, what his experience was and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. I am TOTALLY happy with the results. We found a shipper in a few hours, one he had experience with and was confident in, and the car arrived at its destination 2 DAYS ahead of schedule. I would definitely use Paul again.
