I received great customer service from Eric La Gra of Mercury Transport. He had a carrier for me within 24 hours and my car was picked up a few days later. My car was delivered on time without any problems, and Mercury kept checking with me throughout to make sure I was being served well. Be aware that the quote you first get is an estimate on the total charges; I was quoted $50 less than what it wound up being, but I was fine with it as it was still less than any other quote I received from numerous other carriers.
