We shipped 2 cars with Mercury through Jake. Although our dispatcher was 3-4 hours off on pick up time, our driver was amazingly communicative. Sent pictures at my request, arrived across country within my very narrow window of time, and my car was delivered perfectly intact. A month later, my kids went with a different (less expensive) broker, their car was never picked up. I called Jake, he helped unravel the mess, had the car picked up the next day. We got the same awesome driver and the car arrived quickly with the same service. Jake and Mercury receive my higher rating after 3 cars have gone CA to SC! Thanks Jake!
