Carol was straight to the point with price, how the shipping works, and how the Driver's are matched with the customer. Night b4 pickup had to add a vehicle and Carol contacted Juan from SunGard Auto. He said no problem and the next morning he was here 15mins early loading up 7 vehicles. Juan stayed in communications thru out the trip on where he was and his scheduled drop off time. Carol followed up with me as well. I relocated to Texas from Indy and if I ever have to transport any vehicle again my SPECIFIC REQUEST, Hello Carol @ Mercury get Juan from SunGard Auto on the line I'm ready to transport again. AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, LAST MINUTE ON THE SPOT GET IT DONE! Mercury Broker - Carol Ciriello SunGard Auto - Juan Gonzalez Get these two together, you don't have to worry about a thing!!!
