Mercury Auto Transport dealt with a problem when the planned transporter cancelled the move without advising Mercury. Cici Posligua worked to identify an alternate transporter on short notice, agreeing to refund the fee if this could not be worked out. The new transporter actually came a day earlier than planned given some issues on our side. Car was delivered within four days in good condition with advance phone call to verify we were available to receive it.
