I gave a 5 start rating because of John Garcia. He was on top of my transport order from the start till the very end. My car was going from PA. to FL. But the area of PA was off the beaten path. John tried relentlessly to get a driver for our transport and he communicated every single day as to the status of our request. You couldn't have asked for anything more. Even after the car was picked up, John and his team texted me to ensure that it was going well. And by the way, my son in FL said the driver was fantastic and he would use him again in a heartbeat.
