I requested a quote for shipping my Avalong in an enclosed carrier. I was inundated with quotes and started getting calls directly from drivers. I checked on the BBB and Mercury had an excellent rating so I chose them. I was contacted by Rachel Nelson and in short order was glad I chose Mercury. Rachel explained everything in detail and kept me informed every step of the way. Even when there was a substitute driver Rachel verified the new driver to make sure it was a scam. SHe asked me how the pickup went, how the driver was and if I had any concerns. Rachel checked in when the car was delivered to amke sure everything went as expected. I would highly recommend Rachel and Mercury.
