This was my first time shipping a vehicle, but since I bought a car out of state, I had to. From booking to delivery was six calendar days. The final price came back a bit higher than the quote, but the industry works in such a way that the pricing is variable, and the driver comes back with their offer which accounts for things like fuel cost and such. I was contacted the night prior, and then the morning of and the driver was ready to go pick it up and bring it to me later that same day. There's some days of waiting at first, but then it all happens fast. There was constant communication and plenty of information provided which helps for a first-time shipping customer. It was a good experience.
