This was my first time booking an auto transport, so I was nervous. They gave me an initial estimate and provided several resources/videos about the shipping process. Once I booked the transport they went to work to find a driver. Within 3 business days they found a driver who did a same day pick up. My car was delivered from Tennessee to Missouri the next day. The final cost went up by $15. This was not bad. Door to door service. I would use Mercury again as a booking agent.
