Jake with Mercury kept me informed every day about the progress of finding a driver. It took a couple of weeks longer than I was told and the price went up $600. The driver was then two days late. I believe Jake did everything he could. However, the driver did not contact me. I had to keep calling him to find out where my car was.

Hi Mike, we're happy to hear that Jake did a great job as your agent, however we're sorry to hear that your assigned carrier was not great at communication.
