I was working with a company that had promised a very low rate. Throughout the process I received emails from John Garcia explaining the process and what his service provided. When the other company got back to me after two weeks with a rate $1,000 higher than estimated, I called John. He picked up the phone and talked me through the process. He explained he would contract drivers and negotiate the best rate possible and explained his fees. He told me to keep my phone available because he would be contacting drivers and welcomed me to listen in on the negotiations. After waiting two weeks with a less than honest company, John delivered at $200 less than he estimated. Overall saving of $600 from first company and the driver was fantastic. The driver did a great job transporting our car cross country. I am pleased to recommend John Garcia. He was the great to work with. Honest with integrity.
