My wife and I were helping send our granddaughter off to college and we needed to ship her vehicle from California to Connecticut. We received a quote from Mercury online. Sam Golden reached out to us as the broker agent. He arranged everything we asked for. A few days before the shipping date, the driver of the transport rig operated by Bud Express Inc, called our granddaughter and set up the pick up location. The driver was friendly and professional. While the vehicle was in route to Connecticut the driver kept us updated on the delivery date and time. The vehicle arrived as promised without any flaws. We highly recommend Sam Golden as your broker and Bud Express as your shipping company.
