I'm an Army guy that relocated from VA to CO. I drove one car but shipped another because the 1700 mile stretch is a huge effort. The transporter that I used in the past was no longer in business. I contacted Eric at Mercury because he transported two cars for my sister from MD to TX in 2020. He was always upfront with rates and expectations. On 7/20/21, when I agreed to the price, he had a committed driver the same day. On 7/21 at 8pm, the car was picked up at my brothers house with a projected 7/26/21 arrival. I did not think it was humanly possible but to my surprise, my car was delivered in CO at 3pm on 7/23/21. The buddy driving team that he assigned was professional, intelligent, and trustworthy. I wish that they could have the contract to move my household goods because I have been waiting over a month for the second part of my shipment with no communication. Mercury was in touch via there app, email, text and phone calls to provide updates and confirm my satisfaction. They weren't not the cheapest, but for me they were absolutely the best - this was no hassle. Thanks so much Eric LaGra and team.
