Mercury Auto Transport, and Dean Hawley as my main point of contact, was outstanding in every way. The target dates (for pickup and delivery) were met exactly. The communications with Dean (as the agent) during the whole course of the engagement as well as the driver were excellent and frequent (which I found to be very comforting). As a newbie in the “auto transport world” I needed lots of hand-holding and reassurance -- my daughter's "precious" car was at stake, going from Atlanta to Dallas. Mercury Transport exceeded all expectations! I had read lots of reviews about various auto transport cos. and how they don't meet promised deadlines, have a million excuses why they can't, change details after you've signed the contract, and pretty common "bait and switch" tactics in this industry. I'm here to say that I found Mercury to be extremely ethical, and they met every commitment, with first-class service. I highly recommend this company, and encourage potential customers to ask for Dean specifically!!
