I needed to ship my car to another state upon buying a house, so didn't have exact dates at the time of quote. Jake Horner worked with me for over a month, from the initial email quote until I was finally ready to go after my closing. He was never pushy, totally transparent about the process and cost, and responded right away to any communication. The driver assigned was on-time on both ends, very professional, and my car made it safely for a fair price. I will definitely use Mercury the next time I need to ship a car, it was painless. Highly recommend.
