I had a positive experience with Mercury Auto Transport, as they had to transport a non-movable Chevy Colorado from Arkansas to my residence in New Jersey. Spencer Thomas of Mercury explained the process, and gave me daily updates to keep me in the loop, while he was waiting for a transporter to claim the vehicle.
