Good communication between driver & us. Met our needs during pick up and delivery. Only glitch was drop off & payment. Would not accept our credit card nor a personal check. Needed cash or a corporate check. Needed him driven to our office to get a corporate check which is a hassle for our accountant because this was a personal expense. I didn’t have time to go to bank to withdraw the $1200. Only minor complaint we have w/this experience otherwise all was good.
