Never shipped a car before and Mercury transport was recommended to me by a friend.
I called them and asked to speak with Jake Horner who did in fact handle my account from start to finish. He made this stressful process go very smoothly, stayed in touch throughout the process and got my car delivered 3 days earlier than we expected and in perfect condition.
Also the rate charged was well within the bids other companies had quoted me. This was a 2500 mile move and if I ever need to ship another vehicle I will surely use Mercury Transport and Jake Horner!
