Great Job Shipping My Disabled Vehicle

My truck was in an accident and the front passengers side wheel was damaged to the point where it wouldn’t roll. This made the transport logistically complicated as it required a winch and dolly to load it onto the transport vehicle. Rob was very communicative and helped navigate as multiple carriers tried to pick up the truck and failed. He worked with the local shop to coordinate a tow truck to help maneuver my truck onto the carrier vehicle. Much gratitude towards him and his team for getting my truck safely onto the transport vehicle and then unloaded at my house 150 miles away. Would’ve been a pain to coordinate on my own but he made it a simple process. To top it off, I only paid half of the price I was quoted by a local tow company for the same job. Now that is good service and value! Would absolutely use Mercury again if I need another vehicle moved. Thanks Rob!
