I was very pleased with Rob Seebeck. He was most helpful and kept me posted along the way with what was happening with the process. We had a problem with our first driver who lied about picking up our car. He said I cancelled the reservation when in fact he requested picking up the car a day earlier than our contract stated. We made arrangements to meet his change in plans. However, he never called back to confirm and never showed up for the car. The second company was great!!! The company was BRT Auto Transport out of Rolla, Mo. He even went to pick up our grandson and take him to his company location in Rolla to get the car being sent to him. We were very pleased with Chester Crain and will definitely ask for him if and when we need to ship another car. Rob was very patient with me as I was most upset with the results of the first arrangement. Things actually turned out much better than we expected. Mr. Crain offered suggestions to our grandson while he is in Rolla for assistance with his car. We were very appreciative of this.
