Spencer Thomas did a great job in providing me with review material of the whole transport process which was very helpful. Communication throughout was also excellent. The transporter was on schedule and professional. My vehicle was handled carefully and safely. The only negative was that my car's place on the transport was unfortunately under an oil leaking vehicle which left leaked oil and sludge on my car. Probably just unlucky, and I don't know if the driver realized the issue and could have done much about it. It's a long dirty trip and the leaked oil made it worse. It cleaned up with some effort so all is good. Overall, Mercury has a satisfied customer. Thanks Maurice Lacombe
