This was my first foray into the (ugly) world of auto transport. I was bombarded by unsolicited calls and emails from numerous companies after poking around on the internet offering me a wide range of speed of pick up, costs, and, strangely, fear mongering about other companies. And out of dozens of companies that I checked, Mercury offered the absolute lowest price, extraordinary expediency, and an overall great experience. At Mercury, Lily was professional and obviously competent, and she took my sense of urgency as her own to arrange a fast pick up. She followed through to ensure all aspects of the transport were secured. The contracted driver, Val, was also professional and friendly, and did a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to loading, provided us with the appropriate paperwork, and delivered the vehicle promptly.
