It was hard to decide on which company to choose to arrange the transport my favorite SUV. After some research I selected Mercury Auto Transport. The tipping point was the process description I got from their coordinator Heather Rollins. She explained clearly how the process works and the importance of open communication. I had shipped the same car two years ago by another company and had a few anxious moments due to lack of information.
I sent the acceptance e-mail to Heather on Monday, she had the contract ready within the hour, which I completed and signed electronically, right away. I couldn't believe it when she had the driver assigned within 2 hours. Must be my lucky day as this could take several days because they need to collect 10 to 12 cars for one shipment.
The driver collected the car on Tuesday and gave the delivery estimate for Saturday. Heather and her assistant June checked on the progress every day. The driver called Saturday morning to give me the exact delivery time.
He was at my house on time and delivered the car in perfect condition.
The whole process went very smoothly and way better than I expected. I will definitely use Mercury for any future shipments.
