This review represents my personal opinion of Thomas Brandenburg's performance relative to my order #4689872. I found Thomas to be very informed concerning the auto transport business and very patient and courteous with me (this was my first experience shipping an automobile). When things didn't seem to be happening as soon as I thought maybe they should (probably normal for the business), Thomas took care of the problem in a manner completely satisfactory with me and the vehicle arrived at its destination 2 days later. I personally feel that Thomas Brandenburg, and therefore his employer Mercury Auto Transport, are a credit to the auto transport industry.
