communication was awesome, form the time we set up our SUV to be picked we received communication by email and text every other week or so, then the 2 weeks prior we had daily communication up until our SUV was delivered. the driver was very professional and took time to over look our car at the time of pick up and to go over our car time of deliver. i would and will have to say thank you Jim and we will be sure to use Mercury on our return home trip and future trips for transporting our SUV from Maryland to Florida. thank you for all your help!
