On or about 24 October 2021, I filled out an online inquiry for shipping a SUV from Florida to Ohio. About 8 - 10 companies submitted quotes. After researching many good/bad reviews and lots of complaints on the BBB, one company, Mercury Auto Transport, stood out represented by DEB CIRIELLO. She was the only person who thoroughly explained the entire process from A to Z.. Two positive things made me select her company - her persistent texts, calls, and Emails and her company being based out of Florida. I called her on 29 November, we went over the details and she posted the bid online. Later on 29 November, she called to say that Prestige Auto transport had accepted the contract at a reasonable rate.. Contract was sent and electronically signed and Prestige called me on 30 November to setup a 1/2 December pickup date. SUV was picked up at about 3:30 P.M. on 1 December by Daniel. SUV was delivered on 7 December around 6:30 P.M. The only minor hiccup was the recipient was not able to contact the driver until he was about 6 hours out and due to his poor English skills, recipient was not able to understand him. Prestige dispatch was contacted and all was worked out and SUV was delivered with no damage to a site near the final destination. THANKS TO DEB CIRIELLO for a smooth shipment!
